Example: BACK Team A at decimal odds of 2.50 with ৳500 — if Team A wins you make ৳750 profit before commission; if they do not win, ৳500 is lost. If you LAY Team A (i.e. bet against them winning), your liability is ৳750 (৳500 × 1.50); if Team A does not win you receive ৳500 before commission, but if they win you pay ৳750.
